Lo Van Coong is a drug addict in the area, has been in the "sights" of the district police for a long time, this is a subject with many relationships and mainly takes "goods" from Laos to distribute to subjects in the area. On the other hand, the subject never keeps drugs for a long time, causing many difficulties for detectives in the process of monitoring and controlling the subject.

Ky Son District Police have established a special project to fight and arrest Coong. After a period of monitoring the subject, on the afternoon of March 23, 2020, the Special Project Board received information: the subject was going to get goods in Laos, expected to deliver them to a lowland subject in Khe Nan village, Chieu Luu commune, Ky Son district that evening.
Realizing that this was the right time to solve the case, Ky Son District Police quickly deployed forces with experienced officers and soldiers, fully equipped with weapons and means to carry out a specific plan, conduct an ambush, and arrest the suspect.
As expected, at exactly 11:30 p.m. in the mountainous forest area of Chieu Luu commune, Ky Son district, hearing the sound of a motorbike coming out of the forest, the working groups of the district police quickly rushed in, controlled and arrested the subject, confiscating 1,600 MTTH pills, 01 sharp knife, 01 cell phone, 01 motorbike, ensuring absolute safety for the force participating in the arrest.
An investigator of Ky Son District Police said: Lo Van Coong operates very sophisticatedly and dangerously, frequently changes locations and areas, and only operates at night; it is noteworthy that he rarely transacts or sells retail, only when a "customer" places a deposit, will he go to Laos to get the goods and then deliver them immediately.
