Storm No. 5 has damaged the Nghe An power grid. According to preliminary reports, as of 8am this morning, the medium voltage grid had 45 poles broken, 12 poles tilted and cracked. As for the low voltage grid, 425 poles were broken, 68 poles cracked, with an estimated loss of nearly 6 billion VND.
The "4 on-site" force in the border commune of Muong Tip (Nghe An) worked all night to mobilize and evacuate people to storm shelters.
