Late on the night of August 24, Secretary of the Muong Tip Commune Party Committee - Comrade Vi Thi Quyen said that for the past 2 days, commune, village and hamlet officials in Muong Tip have sent working groups to each house in the villages to propagate and mobilize people about the need to evacuate to a safe place before storm No. 5 makes landfall in Nghe An. In particular, households in Xop Phe and Huoi Khoi villages and households near the old Muong Tip Commune People's Committee will be relocated to the old Muong Tip Commune People's Committee headquarters and the Cha Lap Village Cultural House.
