Through following the 5th session of the 17th Provincial People's Council, I personally found that the questions raised by the delegates related to various areas of social life were very close to the actual situation in the locality at the present stage.

During the question and answer session, I was particularly interested in the state management of traffic safety and order and the violation of traffic safety laws. Therefore, in addition to pointing out the existing problems, the People's Council delegates need to propose specific solutions for each locality and get to work immediately to ensure traffic safety and order.

In addition, the situation of traffic accidents as well as violations of traffic safety and order in the area is still complicated. Traffic accidents have not decreased as expected, the loss of life and property caused by traffic accidents is still high...

We hope that the transport sector and related departments and agencies need to closely manage and direct local authorities to coordinate closely with provincial authorities to thoroughly resolve violations that are the main causes of traffic accidents such as: speeding, driving in the wrong lane, running red lights and encroachment on the roadway and sidewalk, etc.

At the same time, we would also like to express our recommendations to resolve black spots on bypass routes and increase the installation of additional traffic lights, and regularly repair existing signals in the area. We request that violations of encroachment on traffic safety corridors be strictly handled and that authorities at all levels must manage well to avoid re-encroachment.

I highly agree with the management method of the Provincial People's Council Standing Committee, the high awareness and responsibility of the Provincial People's Council delegates. Especially the two major issues that the Standing Committee chose to raise at the question and answer session at the meeting.

Regarding the content of the questioning for the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (DARD), I strongly agree with the opinions that delegates put forward to the Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, clarifying the existing problems and solutions for effective management, planning, land allocation, and forest allocation to the people.

Although the explanation and response to the question of the Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development clearly stated the results, existing causes and solutions. However, the analysis of the causes is still general.

In my opinion, the industry should focus on clarifying why in the past, some policies of the State and Government have not reached the people, especially in granting certificates of forest land ownership, to develop the economy from forests. Whose responsibility is it? And what are the upcoming solutions to effectively implement the above policies?

I think the important thing that voters expect is that the solutions proposed by the planning sectors must be put into practice, turning promises into concrete actions. At the same time, with its role and responsibility, the Provincial People's Council needs to strengthen supervision of the implementation of promises to voters by all levels and sectors, creating people's trust in the government apparatus at all levels.

Through following the news reports in Nghe An Newspaper, especially the question and answer session at the 5th session of the Provincial People's Council, term XVII, 2016 - 2021 on the afternoon of December 19, I, like many voters in Dien Hoa commune, am very happy with the achievements and results in the province's socio-economic development. In particular, the contents of our recommendations have been reflected by delegates at the session.

I also strongly agree with the spirit of determination and questioning to the end on issues considered hot such as forest protection, traffic safety and many other people's issues that were raised at the meeting and questioning session.

In my opinion, the attitude of accepting responsibility and the promises of the provincial leaders and leaders of relevant departments and branches are recognized by voters. However, we need to actively participate to solve the problems.

I am particularly interested in the response of the Director of the Department of Transport when referring to the project submitted to the Provincial People's Committee, deploying a software system, applying information technology to monitor and inspect oversized and overloaded vehicles. There will even be software for people to participate, quickly connecting with functional agencies when detecting cases of oversized and overloaded vehicle violations.

We, the voters, hope that the provincial leaders and the relevant sectors will act quickly and decisively to thoroughly resolve traffic-related problems. This is an area that concerns most of the people.
