I hope that this Congress will not only review those achievements, but also recognize shortcomings and shortcomings in order to have more solutions, bringing the country forward at a faster and more solid pace. That is the natural condition with advantages in coastline, rivers, plains, forests... Vietnam is also located in the center of the continents, convenient for opening air routes, seaports for international trade... In the current period and it can last for another 10, 15 years, Vietnam is in the golden population period, labor costs are not high compared to the region.
