We received tremendous support from the province.

Ông Pratuang Glaiglangdon (Thái Lan) – Giám đốc Dự án thuộc Công ty TNHH Royal Foods Nghệ An và Công ty TNHH Thực phẩm tươi sống và kho lạnh (KCN Nam Cấm - Nghệ An):
Mr. Pratuang Glaiglangdon (Thailand) – Project Director of Royal Foods Nghe An Co., Ltd. and Fresh Food and Cold Storage Co., Ltd. (Nam Cam Industrial Park - Nghe An):

Since May 2013, our company has been investing in Nghe An province, specifically in the Nam Cam Industrial Park. Choosing the right location for our factory and processing plant is crucial. We chose Nghe An because it is an extremely suitable region for the production and processing of seafood for export. Nghe An is the center of North Central Vietnam, boasting a comprehensive transportation system including roads, railways, waterways, and air routes. The Nam Cam Industrial Park in Nghe An has a prime location along National Highway 1A. Furthermore, Nghe An has a large and resourceful workforce; its people are intelligent, hardworking, and, importantly, it has abundant marine fish resources.

Since investing in Nghe An, we have always received attention and support from the provincial leaders, from the Provincial Party Secretary and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to the Industrial Park Management Board and other relevant agencies. Procedures are handled quickly and efficiently… Through our survey, we found that in Quynh Luu district alone, the catch reaches approximately 60,000 tons per year. Nghe An's seafood is of superior quality. The nutritional content in each fish, squid, crab, or lobster is unmatched anywhere else. Especially herring and mackerel – the two types of fish we purchase for processing and export – always meet the required quality standards. This is due not only to the high quality of the seafood and abundant marine resources but also to the fact that Nghe An fishermen have a fleet of moderately sized vessels, and their fishing trips are not long, only one or two days before returning to port. Therefore, the seafood is always fresh and meets the requirements for production and processing…

We are accelerating the progress of the projects, which, once operational, will attract more than 1,000 local workers and will gradually increase. Royal Foods Company is expected to produce and process approximately 20,000 tons of fish per year, with 50% exported and the remaining 50% sold in the domestic market. As for the fresh food and cold storage sector, the processing volume will reach approximately 13,000 tons of fish.

I wish to contribute more to the local community.

Ông Lê Quang Khánh - Giám đốc Công ty CP Khoáng sản Toàn Cầu
Mr. Le Quang Khanh - Director of Global Minerals Joint Stock Company

In 2011, Global Minerals Joint Stock Company invested in the construction of a superfine limestone powder processing plant in Nghia Long Industrial Cluster, Nghia Dan District. Since then, our limestone powder processing plant, with a capacity of 50,000 tons of product per year, has maintained stable production, generating annual revenue of over 130 billion VND and providing stable employment for nearly 100 local workers with incomes ranging from 5 million to 7 million VND per person per month.

Initially, when planning the factory construction, we had many options. However, we decided to choose Nghia Long Industrial Cluster in Nghia Dan district as our official investment location because it has many geographical advantages, intersecting with national highways and, importantly, receiving raw materials from Quy Hop or Tan Ky. Since investing in the factory, we have consistently received attention and cooperation from the local government in resolving issues such as land clearance, security, and labor management. We recently invested in an additional plastic resin processing line with a capacity of 12,700 tons/year, which commenced production in early 2015. We have also completed the procedures to apply for additional land to increase the capacity of our ultra-fine limestone powder processing line to meet export market demand. Our company hopes to continue receiving attention from all levels and sectors in investing in and improving technical infrastructure so that the enterprise can contribute more to job creation, participate in social activities, and actively promote the economic restructuring of the locality.

Enhancing capacity to serve socio-economic development.

Ông Pratuang Glaiglangdon (Thái Lan) – Giám đốc Dự án thuộc Công ty TNHH Royal Foods Nghệ An và Công ty TNHH Thực phẩm tươi sống và kho lạnh (KCN Nam Cấm - Nghệ An):

Mr. Pham Son Hoai - Deputy Director of Vinh Airport

January 1st, 2015 marked a significant milestone when the investment project to build and upgrade Vinh Airport was completed and officially put into operation with full modern and high-quality facilities, achieving a service level C according to IATA's passenger service standards. Immediately afterwards, Vinh Airport successfully met the travel needs of passengers during the Lunar New Year holiday and, importantly, created favorable conditions to attract investors to Nghe An province.

Vinh Airport is one of the important projects invested by the Vietnam Airports Corporation (over 750 billion VND). Throughout the project's implementation, the Ministry of Transport and the relevant departments and agencies of Nghe An province have consistently provided timely support, ensuring the project is completed ahead of schedule and meets quality standards. The building is designed and constructed based on the image of a lotus flower, the symbol of Vinh City, the birthplace of President Ho Chi Minh. After the upgrade, the passenger terminal can accommodate 2-4 million passengers per year, and the waiting area can handle 4 peak-hour flights with up to 1,500 passengers, along with 2 baggage conveyor belts to ensure the handling of 4 arrivals during peak hours.

Vinh Airport has established good connections with the domestic civil airport network and is very efficient in operating the Vinh - Vientiane international route. This provides a foundation for developing Vinh Airport into an international airport. To achieve this, the Ministry of Transport and relevant agencies are actively implementing many important projects such as expanding the area of Vinh Airport and constructing a second runway. We are enhancing our operational capacity to serve the socio-economic development needs of Nghe An province and other provinces in the region. In this process, we are coordinating with the government and relevant agencies to ensure good security, safety, and order in aviation, improve the landscape and environment, and provide the best possible service to our customers, including many businesses and investors.
