It is necessary to continue to care for "General education must gradually reach standards and be disciplined and orderly" for school-age children; implement the motto of lifelong learning for adults through focusing on continuing education at community learning centers (each commune, ward, and town has one center).
There, learners are shown the right to "learn what they need"; the teachers can be teachers, scientists, officials; or local people who have been successful in production and business to guide others. Educating and training learners (of school age and adults) to be aware of the need for continuous, lifelong learning "Not only for us but for us, not only for everyone but for the whole society".
We need to continue to organize competitions for excellent educational managers after the competitions for excellent teachers. Thus, we create an educational order: excellent students, excellent teachers, excellent educational managers take the lead in the "Fundamental and comprehensive innovation of education and training".

Environmental resources is a large field, in the country there are many universities and colleges training in environmental fields. However, the training, fostering and development of human resources in the fields of natural resources and environment still have many shortcomings, the system of human resource training facilities in the field of natural resources and environment is not yet connected and linked.
In fact, the number of students working in the environmental field after graduation is not much. Due to job demand, many students switch to work in other fields.
Meanwhile, those who work in state management are mostly part-time and not specialized. Those who directly work in environmental affairs are few who have received proper training in environmental issues. Therefore, the current leadership and staff in the environmental sector do not have much experience, appear confused, and are unable to promptly and effectively resolve environmental incidents.
Therefore, the State needs to pay attention to training human resources in this field. At the same time, it is recommended that the new National Assembly should develop policies for relevant ministries and branches to build a coordination mechanism between management agencies, training institutions and units, organizations and enterprises to effectively use human resources in the field of natural resources and environment.

Voters increasingly want convenient and perfect medical services. And, the medical sector also wants to receive sympathy and recognition from the people for their practical difficulties and efforts over the years. So, what we need and what the people need is for the National Assembly to be a bridge for the people and the medical sector to find a common voice.
In fact, in recent years, the industry has achieved remarkable results such as the expansion of vaccination for the entire population, from 8 diseases to 12 diseases. From this achievement, many dangerous diseases have been pushed back. However, there were times when people were not fully aware of this vaccination, so there were situations where some people actively skipped the injection, which was very dangerous.
Then, when prescribing medicine to patients, due to lack of knowledge, people do not understand that the same medicine can have a price difference of up to 20 times and its effects are also different. Therefore, when doctors prescribe, they have taken into account all possibilities from the response to the medicine to the financial capacity of each patient. And there are people who, because of not understanding, have disrespectful behavior towards doctors.
Or like the quality of service at clinics and emergency rooms, due to the overload of patients and lack of doctors, sometimes the service is not attentive and cannot meet the increasing needs of patients.
At the same time, we should also understand that there are cases where emergency treatment is not immediately available, depending on the severity of each case, which is why some patients are not immediately satisfied with the medical staff before being examined.
All the above issues that have not found a common voice are because we do not have a policy mechanism and a wide enough legal corridor. Therefore, we need a bridge so that the people and the medical team can receive sympathy from each other.
And as a voter, I hope that this National Assembly will discuss more, more broadly and more thoroughly the issue of medical examination and treatment quality and the accompanying mechanisms to improve the quality of medical services.
