Drip irrigation is a system in which water flows out drop by drop, suitable for watering ornamental plants, vegetables, flowers... The advantage of this system is that it saves water because water is supplied directly to the plants, without being lost due to evaporation and deep penetration. Drip irrigation also has the ability to maintain uniform moisture in each layer of soil. The watering speed is slow, the amount of water seeps slowly into the ground so the soil is not washed away.

The materials that Quynh Anh used to make the drip irrigation system were a 20-liter water tank, a transmission line with the quantity depending on the need for use and glue. The steps are as follows:

- Use a knife, scissors or heated iron rod to punch holes on the body of the water tank. The number of holes depends on the number of lines.

- Attach one end of the IV line to each hole just drilled, just like doctors do IVs.

- Glue around the holes to prevent water from leaking out.

After completing these steps, Quynh Anh just needs to pour water into the bottle and place the bottle higher than the pots to create pressure for the water to flow (Note: do not close the lid of the bottle). The remaining end of the line is placed directly into each pot. In this way, Quynh Anh can also adjust the speed of the water flow, fast or slow, suitable for each type of plant.
