Yen Thanh: Nearly 300 key officials studied and thoroughly grasped Resolution 5 of the 12th Central Committee

(Baonghean.vn) - Yen Thanh District Party Committee has just organized a conference to study, disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 5th Conference of the 12th Party Central Committee for nearly 300 leaders of 86 affiliated grassroots party organizations.

At the Conference, delegates were introduced to and understood the purpose, significance and necessity of issuing the Resolution; implementation viewpoints, tasks and solutions, and focused on studying and absorbing the main contents of 3 Resolutions, including: Resolution No. 11, dated June 3, 2017 on perfecting the socialist-oriented market economy institution. Resolution No. 12 on continuing to restructure, innovate and improve the efficiency of state-owned enterprises and Resolution No. 10 on developing the private economy into an important driving force of the socialist-oriented market economy.

In addition to being provided with necessary documents, the delegates focused on listening and taking full notes to write their reports according to regulations. The Yen Thanh District Party Committee also requested that from now until August 15, grassroots party organizations must complete the organization of studying and thoroughly understanding the Resolution to each cadre and party member, and at the same time have an action program close to reality. Accordingly, each party organization needs to continue to innovate content and methods and strengthen leadership, enhance the role of the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, socio-professional organizations and all party members and the masses, in order to successfully implement the Party's Resolution.

Also at the Conference, delegates learned new points of Regulation 86 replacing Regulation 68 of the Politburo on inspection and supervision work in the Party. Approved a number of solutions in implementing Directive No. 11, dated May 9, 2017 of the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee on strengthening leadership on some issues of food safety and hygiene in the new situation.

On this occasion, Yen Thanh District Party Committee organized a ceremony to award the flag of the Provincial Party Committee to the Hong Thanh Commune Party Committee for its achievements in 5 consecutive years (from 2012-2016) of maintaining the title of exemplary clean and strong./.
