Yen Thanh: Arts and culture festival to celebrate the Party Congress at all levels.

(Baonghean.vn) - The Yen Thanh District Cultural and Sports Center is coordinating with the cultural committees of the communes to organize cultural performances to celebrate the Party Congress at all levels and encourage the movement to build new rural areas.
