| Mr. Nguyen Van Duong, Vice Chairman of the Yen Thanh District People's Committee, said: "As of now, over 1,600 households in the district have been flooded. From the night of September 29th until now, the district has directed forces to evacuate approximately 200 households in Van Thanh, Duc Thanh, and Lang Thanh communes. At the same time, we have instructed the communes to promptly provide essential supplies to households severely affected by flooding, ensuring that no flood victims suffer from hunger."
