Requesting the State Bank to inspect two commercial banks
The Permanent Deputy Prime Minister requested an inspection regarding the law compliance of two banks that lent credit to four businesses.
Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh has just requested an inspection of the law compliance of Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank - Khanh Hoa Branch and Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank - Nha Trang Branch in lending credit capital to four enterprises.

Previously, Ms. Truong Thi Dao, Director of Quoc Han Company Limited, filed a complaint against Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Khanh, former Director of Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank - Nha Trang Branch and a number of individuals related to the credit relationship between Quoc Han Company Limited and Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank - Khanh Hoa Branch and Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank - Nha Trang Branch.
Regarding this issue, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh requested the Governor of the State Bank to direct the State Bank's Inspection and Supervision Agency to inspect the law compliance of Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank - Khanh Hoa Branch and Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank - Nha Trang Branch in lending credit capital to Quoc Han Company Limited, Long Thuy Company Limited, Khai Hoan Trading and Service Company Limited and Thien Kim Trading and Service Company Limited.

The Deputy Prime Minister requested to request an appraisal of signatures on credit contracts, mortgage contracts if there are signs of forgery and related documents.
The Governor of the State Bank directed the State Bank's Inspection and Supervision Agency to conclude the content of Ms. Truong Thi Dao's denunciation and the reflection of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Office of Nha Trang City in Document No. 808/THA dated April 19, 2017; and notify the results of handling the denunciation and reflection to Ms. Truong Thi Dao and the Civil Judgment Enforcement Office of Nha Trang City.
The Deputy Prime Minister requested the Governor of the State Bank to report the results to the Prime Minister before December 1, 2017./.
