Accordingly, to ensure the progress of implementing action programs to implement the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress and the 13th National Party Congress, Resolution No. 26-NQ/TW dated November 3, 2022 of the Politburo on socio-economic development and ensuring national defense and security in the North Central and Central Coast regions to 2030, with a vision to 2045, Resolution No. 39-NQ/TW dated July 18, 2023 of the Politburo on building and developing Nghe An province to 2030, with a vision to 2045; The Provincial People's Committee requests:

1. Departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of districts, cities and towns are responsible for reviewing all tasks assigned by the Provincial People's Committee; reporting on the implementation status, results achieved, difficulties, obstacles, causes, completion roadmap and proposing specific solutions for implementation in the coming time. Submit reports to the Department of Planning and Investment before August 30, 2024 for synthesis.
2. The Department of Planning and Investment is assigned to preside over and coordinate with departments, branches, sectors, and People's Committees of districts, cities, and towns to review assigned tasks, synthesize the implementation status of the above action programs; report to the Provincial People's Committee before September 10, 2024, and regularly coordinate to update progress to implement the periodic reporting regime as prescribed./.
