According to her, Yulia contacted her family on Tuesday, when her grandmother, Sergey Skripal's mother, Yelena Yakovlevna, celebrated her 90th birthday.
"She said that everything was fine. The Internet appeared, she watched everything, thinking: when dad recovers, then she will return home," - Victoria said, adding that her sister planned to go to Russia.
Julia also said that her father had a medical device in his throat, so the former GRU officer could not speak.
"He really wanted to call his mother," Victoria Skripal stressed.
"You can't imagine how happy grandma was to find out that Sergei felt well, especially when she heard this information from Yulia," - said Victoria.
