Believe it or not, this "magical" invention will solve the water shortage of 1.1 billion people worldwide.

Did you know that while we have access to water, there are still 1.1 billion people on Earth who do not have access to clean and safe water. And they are mostly in developing countries in Africa.

Here, there are places where people have to walk kilometers to get to a place with water, and every day they have to go there dozens of times. For them, having water is important, and drinking water is enough to not get sick or die.

However, mankind has finally come up with an invention that is beyond amazing, considered to have great significance, and can completely solve the problem of water shortage that is prevalent in many places around the world.

The invention is called Wakar Water. Warka Water is truly an invention for the poor. It is made from completely natural and easily available materials: bamboo or reed, and has an extremely portable structure so it can be installed even in places where raw materials are not readily available.

The idea of Warka water also comes from nature. The author of the idea - architect Arturo Vittory was inspired by the water absorption mechanism of the cactus, the condensation of water on spider webs, and the water collection mechanism of lotus petals. Finally, Warka water was born, with the ability to collect water from fog, moisture in the air, pushing a filter membrane down to the water tank. And you know, Wakar Water can collect up to 1000 liters of water per day.

This invention brings not only water, but also a greater impact on environmental protection. Because the water here will be used for irrigation, planting forests and building ecosystems. Experts hope that with it, people in poor countries can realize the importance of the environment, thereby limiting the destruction of forests which is a problem in these countries.

Nước ngưng tụ sẽ được chuyển xuống một màng lọc rồi đi vào thùng chứa.
The condensed water will be transferred down a filter and then into a storage tank.

The only drawback of Warka water is probably the price - about 1000 USD, equivalent to more than 22 million VND. This is not a large number, but also not small for poor villages in the world.

Furthermore, Warka Water is still in the testing phase. The first projects were built in mid-2015 in Ethiopia, one of the countries with the most severe water shortages in the world, and the results were very promising.

Although nothing can be said in advance, we can hope for a bright future, when Warka water saves the whole Earth, including our Vietnam. For those who do not know, more than 20% of our country's population does not have access to clean water.
