1,400 entries for the contest 'Learn about the Western Nghe An Biosphere Reserve'
(Baonghean.vn) - The contest "Learning about the Western Nghe An Biosphere Reserve" was held at Que Phong High School and after nearly 2 months received 1,400 entries.
On the afternoon of October 14, the Management Board of the Western Nghe An Biosphere Reserve in collaboration with the Center for Environmental Education organized the closing ceremony and award ceremony of the contest "Learning about the Western Nghe An Biosphere Reserve" held at Que Phong High School.

The contest consists of two parts: Multiple Choice and Golden Bell. The content of the contest aims to raise students' awareness of the organizational structure and functions of the Biosphere Reserve, the values and characteristics of the biosphere; cultural identity of ethnic groups; indigenous knowledge; potential advantages of the biosphere; cultural conservation, forest protection, environmental protection, etc.
The contest also aims to spread information to friends and family through the contest participants, and at the same time provide information to organizations and individuals to understand the Biosphere Reserve, especially beneficiaries of the Biosphere Reserve, organizations and projects seeking investment opportunities in Western Nghe An.

At the end of the contest, for the multiple choice test, the Organizing Committee awarded the first individual prize to Nguyen Thi Thuong, class 12A3, the first collective prize to class 12A3; for the golden bell contest, the first prize went to Kim Thi Giang, class 12A5, and the second prize went to Vi Ngoc Bich, class 11A3./.
