10 days, 3 cases of illegal fireworks trading caught

(Baonghean.vn) -In the past 10 days (January 20-30, 2013), Hung Nguyen District Police discovered 3 cases of illegal trading and transportation of firecrackers, seizing nearly 26 kg of various types of firecrackers.

At around 6:00 p.m. on January 30, in hamlet 1, Hung My commune, Hung Nguyen district police caught red-handed Dau Minh Duc (born in 1984, residing in hamlet 1, Hung Xuan commune) driving a motorbike with license plate number 37B-62737 transporting 13 kg of various types of fireworks, including 201 firecrackers and 11 bags of firecrackers. According to initial statements, Dau Minh Duc bought the above fireworks in Dien Chau district and was on his way to transport them to Hung My commune, Hung Nguyen when he was arrested.

Previously, on January 20, the district police also discovered two cases of transporting nearly 13kg of firecrackers, arresting Duong Quoc Hung (born in 1985, residing in Hamlet 2, Nam Giang Commune, Nam Dan) for trading 85 firecrackers.
