100 Nghe An youth volunteers support Hai Phong people to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3

On the morning of September 10, 100 Nghe An youths arrived in Hai Phong city and immediately coordinated closely with local units to deploy activities to support people in overcoming the consequences of storm Yagi.
