100 years old long distance runner

Fauja Singh, a British Indian (born April 1, 1911), continued to complete the long-distance race held in Hong Kong on February 5, despite being about to turn 101 years old.

Accordingly, Mr. Fauja Singh completed the 10 km run in 1 hour 34 minutes without any health problems. Last year, Mr. Fauja Singh set a record when he became the oldest athlete in the world to complete the 42 km run at the Waterfont Toronto Marathon (Canada) in 8 hours 25 minutes and 16 seconds.
