11 overall programs to implement the Provincial Party Congress Resolution

(Baonghean.vn) – On the afternoon of December 2, the Provincial Party Standing Committee continued its working program to discuss the contents after the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2015 – 2020. Comrade Ho Duc Phoc – Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee chaired the working session.

Attending the conference were comrades: Nguyen Xuan Son - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Le Quang Huy - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee.

Comrades in the Provincial Party Standing Committee focused on discussing the draft Regulations and Working Program of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, term XVIII, 2015-2020; the draft Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 18th Party Congress, term XVIII, 2015-2020.

Comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee said that it is necessary to supplement the authority of the Standing Committee to decide on urgent tasks instead of the authority of the Provincial Party Executive Committee.

With the determination to act to successfully implement Resolution 26/NQ-TW of the Politburo on Nghe An, the action program to implement the Resolution of the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2015 - 2020, includes 11 programs, covering all areas of socio-economics, national defense - security, and party building work.

Each program will have projects, plans, and resolutions to focus on leading and directing the implementation of the 2016-2020 period. The time to develop and issue programs, projects, and resolutions will be concentrated in 2016 and early 2017 to have time to lead and direct the implementation.

Comrade Nguyen Huu Lam - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board gave a supplementary speech on the Regulations and Working Program of the Provincial Party Executive Committee.

Comrade Ha Tan Tien - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command proposed to amend the list of projects to strengthen national defense and security, associated with socio-economic development in the Western Nghe An region.

Comrade Ho Duc Phoc - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee highly agreed with the drafts and opinions of the comrades in the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee. Also this afternoon, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee discussed and gave opinions on the Working Regulations of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection and Supervision Work Program in 2016; gave opinions on the program and content of the 15th session of the 16th Provincial People's Council, term 2011-2016; and the Party's financial and budget plan for 2016.
