11 billion VND to build Lam River embankment

(Baonghean) - The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development has invested 11 billion VND to build a Lam River embankment to prevent erosion on both banks of the Lam River through Boi Son commune, Do Luong district.

The Lam River embankment project through Boi Son commune is 2 km long, designed with a rock cage at the bottom edge and a concrete wall and stone embankment to prevent erosion. After nearly 3 months of construction, the project has completed 70% of the plan. Currently, the construction units are focusing on speeding up the construction progress so that the project can be completed on schedule before the upcoming flood season.
