12 illegal rafts

(Baonghean.vn) - On September 28, Quynh Phuong Border Guard Station (Quynh Luu) discovered and arrested 12 motorized rafts of 12 fishermen, all residing in Quang Dai commune (Quang Xuong district, Thanh Hoa), operating without legal documents.

The station fined 12 raft owners a total of 6 million VND to the budget, and forced the vehicle owners to provide complete documents and procedures when operating at sea.
