120 students admitted to Ho Xuan Huong Secondary School

(Baonghean.vn) -On June 17, the Quynh Luu Department of Education and Training announced the results of the entrance exam to grade 6 at Ho Xuan Huong Secondary School. Accordingly, 120 primary school students in the district were admitted.

In the 2013-2014 school year, 223 primary school students in the district registered to take the entrance exam to grade 6 at Ho Xuan Huong Secondary School from 35/42 primary schools in Quynh Luu district, in addition to students from Nghia Dan district.

As a result, 120 primary school students in the district were admitted to Ho Xuan Huong Secondary School, including 4 students: Dang Thuy Duyen, Dang Thi Phuong Nga (Quynh Hong Primary School); Tran Thi Lan (Quynh Hoa Primary School); Nguyen Thi Nguyet (Hoang Mai B Primary School) were admitted directly because they won first prize in Math at the provincial level and a bronze medal at the national level in the online English competition. The admitted students will be divided into 3 classes (6A, 6B, 6C).

The valedictorian of the exam was Phan Thi Hong Nhung (Cau Giat Primary School) with 17.8 points. Nhung won second prize in the online English contest and was awarded 2.0 points.
