(Baonghean.vn) - After nearly 2 weeks of excitement, on the afternoon of January 18, the 2014 Provincial Competition for Excellent Preschool Teachers held its closing ceremony and award ceremony.
The purpose of this excellent teacher competition is to continue to promote innovation in teaching methods, increase the application of modern teaching technology in organizing activities. From there, gradually improve the quality of early childhood education facilities in schools and throughout the industry, creating conditions for teachers to observe, exchange, learn from experience, and expand the emulation movement for excellent teaching. With many innovations, this year's competition is assessed to be of good quality with 158/176 teachers achieving a score of 8 or higher and being recognized as excellent teachers of the province, including 2 teachers achieving a perfect score of 10 in the theory exam. The entries were carefully prepared, demonstrating enthusiasm for exploration, creativity, and stimulating the activeness of preschool children.

In the individual competition, 1 teacher won first prize, 5 teachers won second prize, 11 teachers won third prize. In the group competition, 1 unit won first prize, 2 units won second prize, 3 units won third prize. The first prize for individual competition belonged to teacher Pham Thi Tinh, teacher of Hoa Sen Kindergarten. The teachers with the highest prizes will be selected to participate in the national exchange of excellent teachers.
On this occasion, the Provincial Federation of Labor also awarded Certificates of Merit to 6 individuals who won the highest awards.
