160 students receive scholarships from the "For Vietnamese Children" Golf Tournament
(Baonghean.vn) -On May 11 and 12, a delegation of staff from Investment Newspaper and representatives of enterprises: Vingroup Corporation, SEAbank, TH True Milk Corporation, and Vietnam Prosperity Bank Securities Company came to award scholarships to 160 poor but excellent students in Nam Dan and Yen Thanh districts with a total cash amount of 80 million VND.
Of which, 100 scholarships were awarded to students in Nam Dan district and 60 scholarships were awarded to poor students who overcame difficulties and studied well in Yen Thanh district.

This amount was taken from the Scholarship Fund of the annual golf tournament “For Vietnamese Children” co-organized by Dau Tu Newspaper. Also on this occasion, Dau Tu Newspaper cooperated with “Thien Tam Fund” (Vingroup) to present a computer classroom worth 60 million VND to Nam Hung Primary School (Nam Dan District); TH True Milk Group presented 160 gifts of milk products to students receiving scholarships; Vietnam Prosperity Bank Securities Company presented 15 million VND to 15 excellent teachers of Nam Dan District.

In addition to the above scholarship program, in the past 2 days, Dau Tu Newspaper also organized a trip for excellent students from Bac Ha High School No. 1 (Lao Cai province) and Cua Tung Primary School (Vinh Linh district - Quang Tri) to visit Uncle Ho's hometown, Dong Loc T-junction relic site, and organized a meeting between Nghe An province leaders and businesses on the occasion of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday with the desire to create a bridge for investment and socio-economic development in Uncle Ho's hometown.
