2 dog thieves arrested

(Baonghean.vn) – At 5:00 p.m. on December 5, Nghi Loc District Police coordinated with the police of Nghi Long and Nghi Trung communes to discover and arrest Nguyen Van Hai (born in 1989, residing in hamlet 12, Nghi Hoa commune) and Nguyen Van Viet (born in 1992, residing in hamlet 16, Nghi Long commune) for stealing dogs from the family of Nguyen Hoang Dan (born in 1970, residing in block 13, Nghi Trung commune, Nghi Loc), confiscating 1 dog, 1 bicycle and some evidence used to commit the crime.
