20 partygoers getting high in a karaoke room
15 men and 5 women used drugs in 2 singing rooms at the Thien Duong karaoke business, at 1:00 a.m. on July 3.

Dong Phu Ward Police (Dong Hoi City, Quang Binh) caught 20 people residing in Quang Binh, Dong Thap, Ha Tinh and Hau Giang singing karaoke and showing signs of illegal drug use; confiscated many objects used for drug use. Through quick tests, 18 young people tested positive for drugs.
Through investigation, this group confessed that they went drinking on the evening of July 2nd and then returned to the Thien Duong business establishment to continue drinking, singing karaoke, using drugs and calling the waiters when they were caught red-handed.
