250 delegates attended the 4th Congress of Nghe An Cooperative Alliance
The Provincial Cooperative Union has just held a conference to deploy the plan to organize the 4th Congress, approve the draft reports of the 3rd Executive Committee and award certificates of recognition of craft villages in 2010 to 19 craft villages.
The conference unanimously elected 250 delegates from member units to attend the 4th Congress of Nghe An Cooperative Alliance. At the same time, it set out the common goals that the cooperative sector needs to focus on directing in the next 5 years: Promoting the results of collective economic development after the years of implementing Resolution 5 of the Central Committee (9th term), continuing to innovate and develop to improve the efficiency of cooperative economy, and thoroughly overcome current shortcomings and weaknesses.
Strengthen and strongly transform cooperative activities according to the 2011 revised Law on Cooperatives. Develop cooperatives and cooperative groups in the direction of diversifying types and fields of operation. Strive for the collective economy in general and cooperatives in particular to have rapid and sustainable development by 2015.
