250 charity porridges for poor patients in Yen Thanh

(Baonghean.vn) - In order to help poor patients being treated at Yen Thanh District General Hospital, on the morning of August 11, Chi Linh Pagoda and the "Rice Fragrance of Homeland" Club organized the program "Bowl of Love Porridge".

The porridge distribution program is carried out once a month under the guidance of Venerable Thich Tue Minh.

On this occasion, 250 bowls of porridge were distributed free of charge to poor patients being treated at Yen Thanh District General Hospital. The program is expected to be held once a month, with a budget of 2.5 - 3 million VND. This amount was contributed by Buddhists of Chi Linh Pagoda and the "Rice Fragrance of Hometown" Club.

This is a meaningful humanitarian activity to encourage poor patients to receive treatment and recover their health soon.
