26 teachers and officials received the "Education Talent Development Fund" award
(Baonghean.vn) - Since the 1994-1995 school year, Nghe An Education Trade Union coordinated with Nghe An Department of Education and Training to establish the "Education Talent Development Fund" with the purpose of rewarding teachers and education managers who have excellently completed their assigned tasks, achieved high efficiency in scientific research and drawn innovative experiences in educational activities.
Accordingly, the recipient of the Fund's award, in the 5 school years prior to the award date, must have many excellent students at all levels; the unit under his/her charge must continuously achieve the title of Excellent Labor Collective; he/she himself/herself continuously achieves the title of Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level and has achieved the title of Emulation Fighter at the provincial level at least once; has at least 1 provincial-level initiative and experience; regularly takes care of training to improve professional capacity; wholeheartedly helps colleagues, and is trusted by colleagues, students, and parents. "
Nghe An's "Educational Talent Development Fund" has been awarded 12 times with a total of 155 individuals receiving this award.
On the occasion of the 31st anniversary of Vietnam Teachers' Day (November 20, 1982 - November 20, 2013), the Council for Awarding the Education Talent Development Fund held a meeting to consider and award 26 outstanding teachers and educational managers, including 13 teachers, 10 school managers and 3 educational managers.
