27 grassroots party committees completed self-criticism according to Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (12th tenure)
(Baonghean.vn) - According to information from the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, by the end of March 5, the grassroots Party Committees had completed the collective and individual review of the Standing Committees in accordance with the spirit of the 4th Central Resolution (12th Term) on strengthening Party building and rectification; preventing and repelling the degradation of political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, and manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the Party.
Before the units held review conferences, the Provincial Party Standing Committee organized 92 working delegations led by comrades in the Provincial Party Standing Committee, and 10 units were suggested by the Standing Committee for review, led by comrades in the Provincial Party Standing Committee to inspect the preparation work of the Party Committees.

The working group is responsible for monitoring, commenting, and assessing the review preparation work of the units. Specifically, reviewing the implementation, study, and dissemination of the Resolution, developing action plans and programs, establishing a standing support unit, assigning a steering committee; assessing the draft content of the review reports and the individuals of the comrades in the Standing Committee. The Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee assigns comrades in the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to directly attend and direct the review in the Party Committees.

According to the assessment, the preparation of documents and review records was complete, serious and in accordance with regulations. The units conducted serious reviews with quality and 100% of the units met the requirements.
The units have focused on in-depth self-criticism, criticism and comments to other comrades based on comparison with 27 manifestations pointed out by Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (12th tenure), especially in places with complicated problems, causing public outrage among cadres, party members and people regarding the role and responsibility of Party committees, heads of Party committees, agencies and units in personnel work, leadership in implementing political tasks; on internal solidarity and exemplary responsibility of cadres and party members, first of all, leaders and managers.
After reviewing, the collective and each individual have developed a program and plan to correct and overcome limitations and shortcomings./.
