Provincial Party Committee Office summarizes work in 2023

PROACTIVE ADVICE, GOOD TASKS COMPLETION

In 2023, the Provincial Party Committee Office focused on leading and directing the effective implementation of advisory and synthesis tasks in all fields; coordinating to advise the Party Committee to concretize and implement the Central and provincial directive documents through resolutions, action programs, and specific plans, suitable to the actual conditions of the locality, ensuring timeliness, quality, and meeting the requirements of the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

In particular, the Provincial Party Committee Office coordinated with Party committees, departments and branches to complete the Summary Report on 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 26 on the direction and tasks for developing Nghe An province until 2020; advised the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, the Politburo, and the Central Party Secretariat to promulgate and implement Resolution No. 39 on building and developing Nghe An province until 2030, with a vision to 2045; Action Program of the Provincial Party Committee to implement Resolution No. 39; Interim report and mid-term review report on implementing the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress and the 13th National Party Congress.

The Provincial Party Committee Office has advised the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to promptly issue leadership and direction documents to carry out socio-economic development tasks, ensure national defense and security; and Party building work and the political system.

The Provincial Party Committee Office has also proactively performed its professional work well according to its functions, tasks, and plans, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. It has coordinated to advise on the dissemination, preliminary and final summaries of resolutions, directives, and conclusions... of the Central and Provincial Party Committees.

The Provincial Party Committee Office has effectively led the implementation of administrative reform, digital transformation and strictly implemented grassroots democracy regulations; fought against corruption and negativity; ensured security and safety of agencies and units; and paid attention to leading the building of Party organizations and the political system.

Pay attention to directing union activities, creating a vibrant and positive atmosphere in work activities, improving the material and spiritual life of cadres, civil servants and employees. Carry out well the work of organizing cadres, emulation and rewards.

At the conference, representatives of specialized departments under the Provincial Party Committee Office focused on evaluating the results achieved; sharing lessons learned; analyzing and discussing existing problems and limitations and proposing solutions to overcome them.

CONTINUE TO PERFORM THE ADVISORY AND ASSISTANT FUNCTION WELL

In 2024, the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee Office agreed to continue to lead and perform well the advisory and assistance functions of the Provincial Party Committee, directly the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee in organizing and operating leadership and direction work.

Coordinate consultation and appraisal of programs and projects on socio-economics, national defense, security, Party building and political system to submit to the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

Continue to effectively implement the "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle" in conjunction with implementing the Resolution of the 4th Central Committee (12th tenure). Lead the organization to implement the quality of inspection and supervision work of the Party Committee and the Party Committee's Inspection Commission.

Continue to innovate leadership and direction methods, working style and manners, strengthen administrative reform in all work activities, focus on improving capacity, skills, professionalizing specialized and professional stages of consulting and serving the Party Committee.

Direct specialized departments to perform well their functions and tasks of advising and serving the Provincial Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Standing Committee in all aspects of general advisory work, finance, management, administration, documents, archives, cryptography, information technology, etc.

Concluding the conference, comrade Nguyen Dinh Hung - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Party Secretary, Chief of the Provincial Party Office emphasized that the time from now until the Lunar New Year is very short, the task of the Provincial Party Office is to advise and carefully prepare for the December meeting of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; the conference to review the collective and individual activities of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; the conference to summarize the Party building work in 2023; the conference to summarize the Party work of the Provincial Party Committees and Office in 2023 and activities during the Lunar New Year.

On this occasion, the Provincial Party Committee Office awarded Certificates of Merit to 1 Party cell that met the criteria for excellently completing tasks and 5 Party members that met the criteria for excellently completing tasks in 2023; the Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office awarded Certificates of Merit to 1 collective and 11 individuals who excellently completed tasks in 2023.
