3 establishments in Nghe An were fined 240 million VND for violating fire prevention and fighting regulations.
Three establishments in Nghe An were fined a total of VND240 million for putting the construction into use and operation without a written approval of the results of fire prevention and fighting tests.
On January 20, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Hong Vinh signed a decision to impose administrative penalties on three establishments in Nghe An province. All three units put the construction into use and operated without a document approving the results of fire prevention and fighting acceptance from the competent authority.

Specifically, Trung Do Joint Stock Company (address 205, Le Duan Street, Trung Do Ward, Vinh City) violated when putting Trung Do construction materials production area (in Nghi Lam Commune, Nghi Loc District) into operation without a fire prevention and fighting acceptance document.
Similarly, Tan A Nghe An Production and Trading Company Limited (Area B, Nam Cam Industrial Park, Nghi Xa Commune, Nghi Loc District) put the factory producing hot water heaters and water tanks into operation without the results of fire prevention and fighting acceptance.
Hai Chau Confectionery Joint Stock Company Branch (Dong Hoi Industrial Park, Quynh Loc Commune, Hoang Mai Town) was also fined for putting Hai Chau II Confectionery Factory into operation without a fire prevention and fighting acceptance document.
Each of the above establishments was fined VND80 million, totaling VND240 million. In addition to the fine, these companies must also conduct fire prevention and fighting acceptance tests according to the provisions of Article 38, Decree No. 144/2021/ND-CP dated December 31, 2021 of the Government.
