Therefore, oysters are the food that men should add to their diet. However, if eaten improperly, oysters pose a potential risk of harm because they are susceptible to microorganisms, bacteria, and viruses.

According to Foodnetwork, oysters are a nutritious food, very beneficial for health. But along with the benefits, oysters are also considered a potentially dangerous food because they are susceptible to microorganisms such as bacteria and viruses, due to the high protein and moisture content in oysters.

One type of bacteria that has been found in oysters is Vibrio vulnificus. This bacteria lives naturally in coastal waters where oysters live, such as the Gulf of Mexico.

Bacteria can collect in oyster tissues. People with weakened immune systems, including the elderly, children under 5 years of age, pregnant and breastfeeding women, and people taking medications are at highest risk of infection with Vibrio vulnificus bacteria.

Symptoms of Vibrio vulnificus infection include bloody diarrhea with stomach cramps, nausea, vomiting, and fever. Vibrio vulnificus can also cause life-threatening wound infections.

Another pathogen found in raw oysters is Norovirus. This virus is transmitted through food or can also be spread by direct contact with an infected person, or by touching a contaminated surface and then touching your mouth with unwashed hands.

Symptoms will include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, fever, headache and body aches.

These symptoms usually appear 12-48 hours after being infected with Norovirus. Fortunately, most people recover within 1-3 days, but the risk of spreading the virus remains for several days after that.

Anyone who eats raw oysters is at risk of contracting bacteria and viruses, which can be life-threatening. Therefore, people with weakened immune systems should limit their intake of raw oysters and only eat oysters that are cooked.

Food contaminated with bacteria or viruses is almost unrecognizable, and may even have the same taste and color. The best way to avoid bacterial or viral contamination from oysters is to cook them at a minimum cooking temperature, at least above 60°C.

In Vietnam, there have been a number of cases of infection due to eating raw oysters, even deaths.

Besides oysters, seafood such as shrimp, crab, pork, beef, cereals, and pumpkin seeds are also rich in zinc, so people can supplement zinc for the body from these food sources.

Salmon

According to Dr. Hong Gam, salmon is famous for being rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which are good for heart health and sex life. Besides salmon, sardines, tuna, halibut, etc. also help to have a fulfilling sex life.

Although salmon is very good, men should only eat this type of fish 2-3 times/week. It is also important to note that the fish must be refrigerated for preservation and used within 24 hours. Avoid using fish that has changed color or is watery.

Unsafe salmon can be contaminated with Salmonella, Vibrio vulnificus, and Vibrio parahaemolyticus, which are bacteria that can cause digestive upset, stomach pain, diarrhea, and food poisoning.

Chicken eggs

Chicken eggs are foods that contain many nutrients that are good for the body such as vitamins A, B, C, D and abundant minerals such as iron, zinc... which are very good for men.

If you eat boiled eggs, the absorption and digestion rate is 100%, fried eggs are 98.5%, fried eggs are 81%, fried eggs are 85%, steamed eggs are 87.5%.

Eating raw or undercooked eggs poses a risk of poisoning, because the chicken's reproductive tract has a lot of bacteria, so both the inside and outside of the egg can be contaminated, especially with Salmonella - a factor that causes food poisoning./.
