3 suspects arrested after murder while singing karaoke
Luan and his accomplices fled the scene but were arrested by police after extracting camera footage a few hours after committing the crime.
On the afternoon of October 27, Nha Trang City Police (Khanh Hoa) detained Huynh Van Luan (34 years old), Nguyen Trung Tien (25 years old) and Huynh Cong Duc (23 years old) in connection with the case of beating to death Nguyen Xuan Thuy (30 years old) at a karaoke bar.
Another victim, Nguyen Thanh Tung (28 years old, Luan's friend) is being treated at the hospital under police supervision.

According to the investigation, early this morning, Mr. Thuy was singing karaoke with friends on Nguyen Thien Thuat Street (Loc Tho Ward) when he got into a conflict with Tung's group who were playing in the next room.
After everyone left, Thuy was still angry so she went to find Tung to talk. An argument broke out, Thuy suddenly pulled out a homemade knife, grabbed his neck and stabbed him many times.
Seeing their friend being attacked, Luan's group rushed in and beat Thuy, causing him to die from a traumatic brain injury. The entire incident was recorded by the security camera at the karaoke bar.
Many hours later, the group of perpetrators were discovered by the police and brought to headquarters.
