According to some people who witnessed the accident, at the above time, a motorbike (license plate unknown because it had left the scene) was traveling on National Highway 1A, passing in front of Vinh University gate, Vinh City, when it suddenly stopped in the middle of the road. Because it was too surprised by the motorbike "stopping" in the middle of the road, the black car with license plate: 38A-020.64 stepped on the brakes and turned the steering wheel to avoid the motorbike, when suddenly from behind, a Van Xuan taxi with license plate: 37A-004.74 rushed forward and lightly hit the rear of the car in front.

At the same time, a truck with license plate number 37C-041.66 following behind suddenly rushed forward, crashed into the back of the taxi, pushing the taxi forward and continuing to crash into the back of the black car in front.

At the scene, the black 4-seater car was heavily damaged in the rear. The taxi was severely damaged in both the front and rear. The entire rear window of the taxi was shattered and the rear was completely crushed.

The rear of the taxi was completely damaged.

The accident happened during rush hour and near Vinh University intersection, causing chaos on the road. Fortunately, there were no casualties but it gave many road users a fright.
