'3 on-site' for dual targets in Nghi Loc district
(Baonghean.vn) - In the face of the complicated developments of the Covid-19 epidemic, to achieve the dual goal, many production facilities, companies, and factories in Nghi Loc district have implemented well disease prevention and control measures, especially synchronously implementing the "3 on-site" plan.
After the Provincial People's Committee issued a Decision on implementing social distancing according to Directive 16 of the Prime Minister starting from August 20, 2021, many companies and enterprises in Nghi Loc district have developed plans to organize production and business in the context of Covid-19 prevention and control. To join hands with the whole province to repel the Covid-19 epidemic, MNS Feed Nghe An Company Limited quickly made a plan to carry out the "dual task" and at the same time deploy the "3 on-site" plan. Officers and workers who comply with the company's requirements will register to go to work and will be arranged to eat and rest at the factory.

Previously, MNS Feed Nghe An Co., Ltd. had 160 staff and workers working every day, but now it has been reduced to 130 people. To ensure good epidemic prevention and control, the company strictly applies measures such as: Not allowing outsiders into the factory; goods, raw materials and materials for production are delivered and disinfected before being brought into the factory. Mr. Dau Quang Vinh - Director of MNS Feed Nghe An Co., Ltd. said: "Every 2-3 days, the company disinfects the entire factory, during the working process, checks and reminds workers to ensure social distancing; at the same time, in the first 7 days, every 3 days, the company randomly tests 20% of the total number of staff and workers, and after 7 days, it will test 100% of all staff and workers. The company's view is that proactively implementing epidemic prevention and control measures is a necessary and urgent requirement at the present time.
BSE Vietnam Electronics Co., Ltd. located in Nghi Xa Commune, Nghi Loc District has also implemented the "3 on-site" plan. In the context of the complicated epidemic situation, the company has reduced the number of employees from 3,173 to 650 workers. To ensure that all workers can work, eat and stay at the factory, the company has invested in purchasing additional supplies and necessary necessities to serve all officers and employees who take turns working, living and resting in the factory.

A representative of BSE Vietnam Electronics Co., Ltd. said: “Upon receiving the directive from the Provincial People's Committee, the company implemented the "3 on-site" plan to both ensure epidemic prevention and control and maintain production. In addition, the company has required its staff to comply with epidemic prevention and control regulations according to the "5K" recommendations of the Ministry of Health. At the entrance, the company has arranged security guards to measure body temperature, check mask wearing, require hand sanitizer and ensure social distancing for workers. In particular, the company has divided into production teams, made a list of workers, coordinated with local authorities and the Southeast Economic Zone Management Board to control people from epidemic areas; organized rapid testing for people at high risk...”.
According to the report from the Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control in Nghi Loc District, there are currently 50 companies in the Southeast Economic Zone and industrial parks with a total of more than 7,600 employees in the district. To achieve the "dual goal", at this time, there are 38 companies with more than 2,500 employees maintaining operations, all ensuring the "3 on-site" motto. In order to effectively prevent and control the epidemic, the Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control in the district has directed and guided the companies to establish a steering committee for epidemic prevention and control headed by the Director; requested all employees and customers to contact the Ministry of Health to comply with the "5K" message; arranged hand sanitizer at many locations; provided masks and sanitizers to all workers.

In addition, the District Steering Committee also requires companies to assess areas at high risk of infection, disinfect twice a week; meals are arranged in separate portions, divided into 3 meal times, 30 minutes apart. Control of vehicles from outside the province also strictly ensures regulations such as disinfecting vehicles, requiring drivers to have a negative test certificate for SARS-CoV-2, rest in the vehicle cabin or be arranged in a separate area, and not be in contact with people in the factory.
“The district's Covid-19 prevention and control steering committee has issued an official dispatch instructing companies and factories to synchronously implement anti-epidemic measures. At the same time, the district has also established inspection teams at factories and workshops to direct facilities to overcome shortcomings and limitations to continue to strengthen more effective epidemic prevention and control measures. In the context of the complicated epidemic, companies and enterprises are only allowed to operate when meeting the "3 on-site" plan and implementing "two destinations, one road", while ensuring the implementation of "5K", reducing 50% of workers, organizing testing for workers every 3 days. The district requires enterprises to proactively develop production plans and scenarios to adapt to new conditions according to each level and development of the Covid-19 epidemic to ensure a source of labor for continuous production".
Faced with the increasingly complicated developments of the epidemic, in the coming time, the Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control of Nghi Loc district requires companies, production and business establishments to tighten measures, prevent and control the epidemic, develop scenarios, organize drills for the steering committee and all workers when there are Covid-19 infections to proactively handle situations when they occur.
