3 young doctors in Nghe An were honored

At the 2011 Festival of Outstanding Young Vietnamese Doctors organized by the Vietnam Youth Union and the Vietnam Young Doctors Association, Nghe An had 3 young doctors honored and rewarded: Hoang Kim Tuan - Provincial General Hospital; Vuong Kha Vinh - Northwest Regional General Hospital; Pham Xuan Dung - Tan Ky District General Hospital. These are all core members of the Young Doctors Club at the grassroots and provincial levels, with many positive contributions to the cause of protecting and caring for community health.
