3 candidates violated the math exam regulations
(Baonghean.vn) - After 180 minutes of taking the Math test, many candidates assessed that the math test was within their ability and highly classified. One candidate was suspended for bringing a cell phone, and two candidates arrived late.
After 10am, at the Ha Huy Tap High School exam site, candidate Nguyen Van Thanh walked out of the school gate with a rather relaxed mindset. Smiling brightly as if to comfort his relatives outside, Thanh said that the math test was not too difficult, he did the test quite confidently and was likely to get 7 points. “The math test had 9 questions, of which 3 questions 8 and 9 were a bit difficult. These are the questions for candidates to get the maximum score. Many of my classmates also did quite well on the test,” the candidate taking the exam for the Ho Chi Minh City University of Transport confided.

Sharing the same opinion about the highly classified math test, two candidates Lo Thi Mai and Lo Thi Huong from Tuong Duong district said that both could have achieved over 6 points in math.
While many candidates finished their exams and left the room quite early, most of the exam sites had candidates wait until the end of the exam time to leave. At this exam site, the Heart Connection youth volunteer team worked very effectively. The volunteers kept luggage and watched over vehicles for free, provided free drinking water to parents, and distributed free meals to students and their families. During the first exam session, more than 250 meals were delivered to students.
At the Vinh University exam site, after 10am, volunteers lined up on Highway 1A to direct traffic and avoid congestion. Many candidates confidently walked out of the school gate because they did well in Math, but some failed to do the test because they were subjective or rushed in their calculations or had not studied enough.
According to our survey, at other examination sites such as Dang Thai Mai Secondary School, where candidates with good academic performance take the entrance exam to Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Nghe An Pedagogical College where candidates take the entrance exam to two Law Universities in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, as well as some candidates taking the pharmacy exam at the University of Medicine, Foreign Trade University, National Economics University, etc., students are all confident with their math test results.

Meanwhile, many candidates with average academic performance, applying to lower-ranked schools, only claim to be able to do about 50-60% of the Math subject.
On the morning of July 4, the Vinh Inter-School Examination Cluster reported that the number of candidates taking the exam was 67.96%. Two candidates arrived more than 15 minutes late after the exam papers were drawn and were not allowed to take the exam. Notably, at the Vinh University examination site, a candidate used a phone in the examination room.
