However, the situation of overloaded vehicles is still complicated. To protect the road traffic infrastructure system and thoroughly handle overloaded vehicles on the road, ensuring traffic safety, the Vietnam Road Administration has organized the signing of a commitment not to load goods onto vehicles exceeding the permitted load. Accordingly, transport enterprises in Nghe An strictly carry the correct load, not to extend the vehicle's body to transport goods. In addition, the transport and police sectors have tightened the management of transport activities and controlled vehicle loads; controlled loads from large cargo loading hubs, material mines, and ore mines. If any transport enterprise continues to violate, the competent authorities will handle it strictly.
