Of the 9 main targets assigned by the Provincial People's Council Resolution, up to this point, only 1 export turnover target is expected to exceed the target; the remaining 4 targets are expected to be achieved, including the growth rate of service production value, the growth rate of agricultural production value, budget revenue, and total social investment capital.

Four difficult targets to achieve include: economic growth rate, per capita income, growth rate of industrial and construction production value and economic structure.
