40 Lao tourism and media businesses survey tourism in Nghe An

According to the program, on the afternoon of October 13, the delegation visited tourist attractions in Con Cuong district and exchanged with Nghe An tourism businesses at Pha Lai Tourist Area (Con Cuong).

At the meeting, the leaders of the Department of Tourism affirmed that this famtrip is an opportunity for state management agencies, tourism promotion agencies and tourism businesses of Nghe An - Xieng Khouang, as well as provinces and cities of Vietnam - Laos to meet, exchange, learn experiences and cooperate and develop tourism.

Expressing special interest in destinations, tourism services and the unique cultural and traditional features of Nghe An people, Mr. Vong Xa Duong Thoong La said that the tourism potential of Nghe An province is very large.

"Nghe An is a land of affection, which has shown great kindness to the Lao people in the resistance war against the US and in the construction of Laos in general, and Xieng Khouang in particular. This trip is a great connection between Lao tourism businesses and Nghe An. We believe that in the coming time, Nghe An tourists to Laos, as well as Lao tourists to Nghe An, will increase rapidly, contributing to the increasingly effective and close connection and development of tourism between the two provinces and the two countries" - Director of the Department of Information - Culture and Tourism of Xieng Khouang province emphasized.
