According to the plan, Decision No. 2151 of our province will start to be implemented from July 2015. In addition to organizing training courses to improve communication skills for medical staff, the units will simultaneously establish a "customer care" unit, organize a "hotline", and develop a project to "support patients in hospitals". The implementation of the plan must be maintained regularly and continuously, with the implementation method suitable to the actual situation of each unit. Every year, the Provincial Steering Committee will guide, monitor, supervise and inspect the implementation of the plan for medical examination and treatment facilities through hotlines, suggestion boxes, direct feedback from the people, surveys of patient satisfaction, mass media systems and other information channels.
