According to the plan, Decision No. 2151 of our province will begin implementation in July 2015. In addition to organizing training courses to improve communication skills for healthcare workers, units will simultaneously establish "customer care" units, organize "hotlines," and develop a project to "support patients in hospitals." The implementation of the plan must be maintained regularly and continuously, with methods adapted to the actual situation of each unit.
