5 Vietnamese specialties participate in setting Asian records
In order to search for and promote Vietnamese specialties and cuisine to the world and attract tourists, the Vietnam Records Organization has just nominated 5 specialties to set Asian records.

5 specialty dishes include: Ha Long squid rolls, La Vong Hanoi fish rolls, Hai Duong perch vermicelli, Trang Bang rice noodles, Soc Trang rice cakes.
Currently, the Vietnam Record Organization is in the process of supplementing documents, records, and images for the Asia Record Organization to review in the near future.
It is known that these specialties, after being recognized at the regional level, will be sent and nominated to the Guinness World Records Organization, contributing to promoting Vietnam to the whole world.
Recently, the Asia Record Organization announced for the first time the Criteria for Asian Culinary Values and Vietnam established the first 12 dishes according to this criterion.
