5 healthy drinks from lemon and ginger in cold weather

1. Ginger lemon water
Ginger lemonade is an easy drink to make. The ingredients are as follows: 1/2 to 3/4 cup fresh ginger root (about 100g depending on taste) 3/4 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup boiling water 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (4 large lemons) 4 cups cold water
Note that this ginger lemonade recipe can be customized based on how spicy you want it. Use ¾ cup sliced ginger for a spicy ginger flavor, or use only ½ cup for a milder, less spicy flavor.
Wash the ginger, leave the skin on and cut into slices. Squeeze the lemon to get the juice. Mix the ginger and sugar and bring to a boil. Put everything in a blender to form a homogeneous liquid. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove the ginger skin or the residue will float on top. Mix the ginger syrup with the lemon juice and water in a pitcher. You can serve it with ice or keep it in the refrigerator depending on the weather and your taste.

2. Apple ginger lemon water
Ingredient:Crushed ginger, 2 teaspoons Brown sugar, 2 teaspoons Lemon juice, 4 teaspoons Fresh or packaged apple juice, 2 cups (480 ml) Fresh apple, 1 medium, cut lengthwise Ice cubes
If you don’t have a blender, use a mortar and pestle to pound the ginger, brown sugar, and lemon juice until well combined. Strain the lemon ginger mixture and pour into a glass. Add the apple slices and optionally ice cubes, then pour the strained lemon ginger juice over the glass and enjoy.
3. Ginger lemon water with honey and apple
This easy-to-make drink is not only healthy, but also awakens the senses. The apples and honey have a natural sweetness, balanced by lemon juice and a touch of cayenne pepper for a warming effect during the cold season.
Ingredient:2 lemons, peeled, 1 apple, stemmed and cut into pieces, ¼ cup peeled and chopped fresh ginger, ¾ cup 100% apple juice, 1 tablespoon honey, ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper, ⅛ teaspoon salt or a few grains
Add the lemon, apple, ginger, and 1/2 cup apple juice to a blender and blend on high until completely smooth, about 2 minutes. Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer and discard the pulp. Stir in the honey, cayenne pepper, salt, and the remaining 1/4 cup apple juice. Sprinkle more cayenne pepper on top of each serving, if desired.
4. Lemon ginger, apple and kale water

This lemonade is sweet and tart, energizing, nutritious, and packed with vitamins and minerals. It is a great choice as a juice or blended smoothie that is loaded with fiber.
Ingredient:1 apple, 1 small piece of fresh ginger, 3 large kale stalks, ½ lemon.
Making:Cut the apple into small pieces and remove the core. Squeeze the juice from 1/2 lemon. Cut the kale into small pieces. Place all the ingredients, including the ginger, in a blender.
This recipe can be made in a juicer, however, using a blender is better as it retains the fiber and has a great flavor and texture.
5. Ginger, apple and carrot lemon water

Ginger lemon juice with carrots and apples made with a high speed blender is an easy way to add extra vitamins and antioxidants to boost your immune system, aid digestion, and give you bright, firm skin.
Ingredient:4 carrots, 4 apples, ½ lemon, 1 small piece of ginger
Wash and chop the ingredients. Place all ingredients in a juicer, fill with cold water and blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes until smooth. Then extract the juice and discard the pulp. Squeeze the lemon juice into the apple, ginger, and carrot juice and stir well.
