5 key contents at the 3rd Conference of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor in 2023

At the meeting, delegates focused on giving opinions on five main issues.

Specifically, the first issue focuses on giving the first opinion on the Review Report of the Executive Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor (term 2018-2023) submitted to the Nghe An Trade Union Congress (term 2023-2028); Report (Summary) of inspection and supervision activities (term 2018-2023) submitted to the Nghe An Trade Union Congress (term 2023-2028).

The following content is related to the Program of the 19th Congress of Nghe An Trade Union, term 2023 - 2028; Plan to organize the Conference to commend outstanding and typical grassroots trade union chairmen and enterprises in dialogue, negotiation, and signing of collective labor agreements. At the same time, comment on the Draft Political Report submitted to the Congress (3rd time) and some contents under the authority.

There were more than 20 comments at the conference. In particular, regarding the Report on Review of the Activities of the Executive Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor, term XVIII (term 2018 - 2023), many delegates agreed that the structure of the Report should be adjusted. Accordingly, the content needs to ensure comprehensiveness but also needs to be specific and complete with important and core information.

The report also needs to clearly state the characteristics and practical situation; Mention the advantages and difficulties that still exist. Regarding the limitations and causes, it is necessary to closely follow the management work, the implementation process and the inspection and supervision work to propose breakthroughs and the implementation of targets.

Regarding the Draft Political Report submitted to the Congress, after two comment conferences, there have been more complete edits. At this comment session, delegates focused on the layout, capacity, presentation method, and wording used in relation to the contents of the report. At the same time, it was recommended to provide additional information on the activities of affiliated units, complete the direction and management work and the results achieved.

Regarding the Conference to honor outstanding grassroots trade union chairmen and enterprises in dialogue, negotiation and signing of collective labor agreements, delegates considered this one of the five major activities to welcome the 19th Provincial Trade Union Congress, taking place in the exciting context of Workers' Month. Therefore, it is necessary to arrange resources and appropriate organization methods to optimize efficiency.

Concluding the conference, comrade Kha Van Tam acknowledged and highly appreciated the enthusiastic and quality contributions from the delegates. This is an important premise for the Content Committee to select, absorb and adjust more appropriately.
