50% of level 2 electronic information portals in Nghe An do a good job of updating

(Baonghean.vn) - Currently, Nghe An has 56 district, department and branch units with Level 2 electronic information portals. Through assessment, it shows that about 50% of units do a good job of providing information to the electronic information portal.

According to the report of the Department of Information and Communications, from December 2016 to September 2017, the Nghe An Portal system provided 15,665 news articles and documents throughout the system. Of which: The number of news articles and documents updated to the Main Portal is 3,646; The number of news articles and documents updated to the Component Portals is 12,019.

Many units have done a good job of providing information to the component portals including: Quynh Luu, Dien Chau, Nghi Loc, Yen Thanh, Anh Son, Do Luong, Tan Ky, Quy Hop, Nam Dan, Ky Son, Quy Chau, Que Phong, Thanh Chuong... Department of Planning and Investment, Department of Health, Department of Information and Communications, Procuracy, Provincial People's Committee Office, Provincial Labor Federation, Department of Foreign Affairs, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development,... The portals of these units have reached over 200 news, articles, and documents updated from December 2016 to present.

The most of which is Quynh Luu District Portal with 1,294 updated news, articles and documents; Dien Chau District Portal with 937 news, articles and documents; Nghi Loc, Thanh Chuong and Department of Planning and Investment with over 600 updated news, articles and documents.

The quality of news, articles and documents on the electronic information portals is increasingly updated.

Units with few news, articles and documents updated on the Portal include: Department of Construction, Department of Finance, Provincial Women's Union, Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Farmers' Association, Department of Science and Technology, Veterans Association, Department of Justice, Provincial Red Cross.

For the Portal to operate well, according to the Department of Science and Technology, units should increase the use of email. At the same time, when using the email system, regularly check and delete emails that have completed content transmission to free up space, ensuring a better process of receiving and transferring documents.
