Thanh Chuong, Tan Ky and Ky Son districts announced the decision to merge the Propaganda Department and the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department.

In Thanh Chuong district, the announcement ceremony was attended by comrade Nguyen Nam Dinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; comrades: Nguyen Hai Duong - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council; Trinh Van Nha - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Committee; comrades of the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, members of the District Party Executive Committee.

The Organizing Committee of Thanh Chuong District Party Committee announced Decision No. 2945 of the Thanh Chuong District Party Executive Committee on merging the District Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department into the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.

Announcing Decision 2946 of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee appointing comrade Le Thi Hong Thiet - Member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Head of the Propaganda Department, Director of the District Political Center to hold the position of Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the District Party Committee, Director of the District Political Center.

Appointed 4 comrades: Dang Van Lap - Member of the District Party Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee; Nguyen Tu Hai Phong - Member of the District Party Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee; Nguyen Doan Quang - Deputy Head of the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee; Le Quang Hien - Deputy Head of the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee to hold the position of Deputy Head of the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee.

In Tan Ky district, the District Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced Decision No. 1289-QD/HU of the District Party Committee's Standing Committee on merging the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee and the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee into the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee from February 12, 2025.

The conference also announced the decision to appoint comrade Nguyen Xuan Thang - Member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, to hold the position of Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the District Party Committee and Director of the Tan Ky District Political Center. 5 comrades: Nguyen Thi Tu Huong, Le Thuc Dong, Tran Doan Lam, Hoang Van Minh and Nguyen The Son to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Tan Ky District Party Committee. The decisions take effect from February 12, 2025.

In Ky Son district, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee approved the decision to merge the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee and the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee into the Ky Son District Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee. The organization of the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee consists of 9 positions, including 1 Head and 4 Deputy Heads.

The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee also assigned and appointed comrade Cut Thi Nguyet - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the District Party Committee's Inspection Committee to hold the position of Head of the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, concurrently Director of the Ky Son District Political Center; assigned and appointed comrade Lu Quang Hung - Member of the District Party Committee's Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, Director of the District Political Center to work at the District Fatherland Front Committee to be elected to hold the position of Chairman of the District Fatherland Front Committee; assigned and appointed comrade Xeo Van Nam - Member of the District Party Committee's Standing Committee, Chairman of the District Fatherland Front Committee to work at the District Party Committee's Inspection Committee to be elected to hold the position of Chairman of the District Party Committee; assigned and appointed 4 Deputy Heads of the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, including comrades: Tran Thi Dong; La Kham On, Ho Thi Tan, Dau Viet Cuong.
