The first district-level unit in Nghe An announced the decision to merge the Propaganda Department and the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department.
On the morning of February 6, Nam Dan District Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision to merge the Propaganda Department and the Mass Mobilization Department of the District Party Committee. Attending the conference were representatives of the Party Building Department, the Provincial Party Committee Inspection Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee Office.

Nam Dan is the first locality in Nghe An province to merge the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee. According to the decision of the Nam Dan District Party Committee, the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee will merge from February 3, 2025, under the name of the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, consisting of 7 cadres and civil servants.
The conference also announced the decision to appoint comrade Bien Van Trung - Member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, to hold the position of Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the District Party Committee and Director of the Nam Dan District Political Center; 4 comrades: Le Sy Kiet, Nguyen Thi Hoa, Ngo Quang Hung, Ho Viet Hai to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Nam Dan District Party Committee. The decisions take effect from February 3, 2025.

Speaking at the ceremony, Secretary of Nam Dan District Party Committee Nguyen Xuan Duc acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of comrades in the Propaganda and Education Committee and the Mass Mobilization Committee in the past time; at the same time, assigned specific tasks, in which, it is necessary to urgently develop and promulgate working regulations, assign specific tasks to promote expertise, professionalism, strengths and work experience.
The District Party Secretary believes that after the merger, the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department will be a united, unified, striving, and determined collective to successfully complete assigned tasks.
