550 delegates attended the Patriotic Emulation Congress of Nghe An province for the period 2010 - 2015
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of August 17, the Provincial People's Committee held a meeting with the Organizing Committee of the Patriotic Emulation Congress for the period 2010 - 2015 to evaluate the progress of the implementation of the preparations for the Congress.
Comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Emulation and Reward Council and Comrade Le Xuan Dai - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee co-chaired the meeting.
Attending the meeting were members of the Emulation and Reward Council and the Subcommittees serving the Provincial Patriotic Emulation Congress, period 2010 - 2015.

According to the report of the subcommittees serving the Congress, in general, up to this point, all preparations for the Patriotic Emulation Congress of Nghe An province, period 2010 - 2015 have been basically completed; specifically regarding the time, venue, delegation work, reception logistics, preparation of documents serving the Congress, propaganda work, cultural activities, security and order work... At the meeting, delegates also discussed and gave opinions on a number of contents regarding the preparation work for the Congress such as: the Congress program, propaganda work before and on the day of the official Congress, selecting typical individuals to participate in exchanges at the Congress, the number and composition of delegates attending the Congress; delegates representing the National Patriotic Emulation Congress must represent the great solidarity bloc of the entire people, ethnic groups, religions, etc.

Accordingly, the delegates agreed on the Provincial Patriotic Emulation Congress, period 2010 - 2015 with the theme "Solidarity, creativity, innovation, emulation, building Nghe An to develop rapidly, sustainably, basically becoming an industrial province by 2020". The Provincial Patriotic Emulation Congress of Nghe An is scheduled to be held on September 28, 2015 with 550 official delegates and invited guests.

In his concluding remarks, Comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Emulation and Reward Council emphasized that the Patriotic Emulation Congress is an important political event, taking place before the 18th Congress of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, so he requested that all sectors and levels continue to excellently complete the assigned tasks.
After this meeting, the subcommittees serving the congress need to complete tasks such as: completing the specific program script, reviewing to unify the list of delegates attending the National Patriotic Emulation Congress; need to add more delegates representing the fields of public security, culture, armed forces, delegates representing the Fatherland Front, etc.
In addition, the media agencies continue to promote propaganda work, especially propaganda about typical and outstanding individuals in various fields.
